Overview​

Dragonfly Cloud bills on a usage basis. You pay only for what you use, prorated hourly, and invoices are generated monthly.

Where to Find Your Usage​

Track current usage and costs under the Account > Usage tab in Dragonfly Cloud. The usage and cost information is updated every few hours. However, data transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

  • Pricing: Active data stores, data transfer, and backup storage costs, with calculation examples.
  • Payment Methods: Pay by credit card, or through AWS, GCP, or Azure Marketplace subscriptions.
  • Data Stores: Create and manage data stores, whose provisioned memory and tier drive your costs.
  • Backups: Backup storage is billed separately from data stores.
  • Private Networks: Reduce data transfer costs by using a private network.
  • Support: Contact us about billing questions.
